Our company, Next Orthosurgical, Inc., officially ceased operations as of February 28, 2026.

Devices previously placed into U.S. commercial distribution remain implanted and in clinical use. Nipro Medical Corporation (Florida), part of the Nipro Corporation group of companies, will continue to fulfill applicable U.S. FDA post-market regulatory obligations for these devices.

Explant kits specifically designed for the NEX-D2 Posterior Fixation System will remain available to customers following their request.
